Šikana v práci. Nevíme, co dělat.

Řešíme s kolegyní nepříjemnou situaci, která nám začíná přerůstat přes hlavu a nevíme, jak z toho ven. Pracujeme v jednom polostátním podniku, administrativní pozice, v kanceláři jsme jen my dvě. Spolu si rozumíme, žádné problémy mezi námi nejsou, vyjdeme si vstříc, pomáháme si.
Problém je v naší přímé nadřízené. Je to paní, která je již v důchodu, ale stále pracuje. Bohužel, je velmi konfliktní, a když má „svůj den“, dokáže nám v práci udělat doslova peklo. Tohle její chování se stupňuje, ač my se snažíme konfliktům zamezit a kolikrát na ni radši vůbec nereagujeme, jen aby se nějaká situace zbytečně nevyhrotila.
Tahle naše taktika na ni ale stejně neplatí. Dovoluje si čím dál ví a v posledních týdnech její slovní agresivita nabírá na razanci. Výkřiky „drž hubu“ nebo „jste obě krávy“ už párkrát zazněly. I když jsme nikdy nechtěly si na ni stěžovat, už jsme to nevydržely a informovaly o jejím chování nadřízeného o stupeň výš. Nicméně nic se nestalo. On pokrčil rameny, sdělil nám, že nás chápe, že ví, jak je to s ní těžké a poradil nám, ať s ní pokud možno komunikujeme co nejméně. Je nám jasné, že se mu do žádného řešení této situace nechce.
Takže jsme v tom zůstaly samy. Obě jsme v předdůchodovém věku, takže možnost odejít a hledat jinou práci prakticky nepřichází v úvahu. Navíc práce nás obě baví, umíme ji a kdyby nebylo té agresivní šéfové, nic by nám nechybělo.
Přemýšlíme, co můžeme dělat dál. Jít si stěžovat ještě výš, tzn. až na ředitelství a tím vlastně „žalovat“ nejen na naši přímou nadřízenou, ale taky na toho, který je nadřízený jí a odmítl ze své pozice věc řešit? Máme strach, aby se to neobrátilo proti nám.
Necítíme se v práci teď dobře, útoky šéfové se stupňují jak v intervalech, tak co se agresivity týká. Když se ohradíme, je jedno, jestli razantně nebo asertivně, nebo radši mlčíme, nepomůže to. Za dva dny na nás nastoupí znovu. Vyhledává si záminky, zaútočí i při zcela nevinném dotazu. Těžko se to popisuje, ale připadá nám jako blázen.
Nemáte někdo podobnou zkušenost s takovým člověkem, případně se situací v zaměstnání? Nenapadá vás, jak tu strašnou ženskou jednou pro vždy nějak usadit, srovnat, aby si uvědomila, že nejsme žádné onuce ani hromosvod pro její nálady?
