Nic není náhoda, jakožto právě ohrožení tímto virem, nutí nás k zamyšlení. Tato situace není ani pozitivní, ani negativní, ale je neutrální jakožto každá situace. To, jak na ní člověk zareaguje, jaký k ní má postoj, přemýšlí či zareaguje na ní, tím ovlivňuje výsledek celé situace pro něho. Utvoří si dle ní určitý provazec reality, zda půjde do pozitiva nebo negativa. Vhodnější by bylo, snažit se v ní najít hlubší význam a vytěžit z ní maximum.
V dnešní době bohužel spousta z nás má žebříček svých hodnot postavený takovým způsobem, který nás nutí žít uspěchaně a neustále zvyšovat své pracovní tempo. Toto stupňování má za důsledek zapomínání na své blízké, sebe samotného, ale i bohužel nakonkrétní oblasti a věci, které jsou v životě velmi důležité.A to jsou právě ty, které si za peníze nekoupíme – pozornost druhých, zdraví, láska, rodina, přátelé, koníčky a další. Tato nečekaná, omezující doba má hluboký význam.Chce nám ukázat, že něco ve svém životě děláme špatně, chce nás nasměrovat, na tu lepší cestu. Možná děláme něco, co jde proti nám, a právě proto by bylo vhodné prozkoumat své hodnoty, kterým věříme, jak je máme sami nastavené.
Zkontrolujme svůj žebříček hodnot.
Možná špatně myslíme nebo směřujeme špatně svoji pozornost, své činy máte špatné a následně to máme změnit. Toto období, kdy nesmíme skoro nikam vycházet, kdy máme více času, protože většina z nás nechodí do práce nebo jdou do práce a hned po ní domů je ideální na investici především sám do sebe. Tento čas můžeme využít i my dospělý, než hltat media a nasávat do sebe strach z nich. Čas můžeme všichni využít mnohem efektivněji, a to tak, abychom se podívalisami do sebe, vzdělávali se, abychom hledali informace a učili se to, co je ve skutečnosti důležité. Zaměřme se tedy sami na sebe, a zjistěme, co ve skutečnosti chceme dělat, kdo jsme, kým chceme být a kam chceme v životě směřovat. Co dělat chceme, svou vášeň a oblast, která nás naplňuje. Mělo by to být to, co nám ve skutečnosti přináší štěstí, radost, lásku, co dává energii. To vše nám ukáže cestu. Nejlepší investice je investice do sebe, do našeho vzdělání. Informace a zkušenosti, které získáme, tak ty, ty už nám nikdo nevezme.
Situace nás vede k uvědomění si, zapřemýšlení a následnému, alespoň doufám, přehodnocení našich životů. Nyní máme více času každý sám na sebe, čas na své blízké, povídat si dlouhé večery spolu při svíčkám, učit se být si navzájem napomoci. Vyslechněme jeden druhého, a to i nyní v těžších chvílích.Stůjme při sobě a budujme vzájemnou důvěru a porozumění. Bohužel na toto nejsme zvyklí a spousta z nás to stěží zvládá, ačkoliv by to měla být samozřejmost. Snažme se zlepšit vztahy s našimi nejbližšími, situace k tomu vyloženě vybízí. Učí nás být vděčný za to, co máme, měla by nás naučit být upřímní sami k sobě, k druhým. Naučit nás pokoře, štědrosti, skromnosti. Nevyvyšovat se před druhými, ale ani se nepodceňovat, zastavit se, najít si čas sami na sebe, pobýt více času v přírodě a relaxovat. Každý jsme výjimeční něčím jiným a každý z nás má své důležité místo zde na Zemi. Nyní bychom dělali věci, které máme aktuálně zakázané. Bohužel, když je dělat můžeme, nevážíme si jich. Vše bereme jako samozřejmost a teprve, když o něco přijdeme, uvědomíme si hodnotu těchto podstatných věcí.
Zamysleme se společně nad tím, co je pro nás opravdu to důležité a snažme se pro to, udělat, co nejvíce můžeme. Neplýtvejme energií na to pro nás nepodstatné. Pomáhejme si navzájem, oceňujme a podporujme druhé. Zpomalme, uvolněme se, odpočívejme. Chovejme se k druhým tak, jak bychom si přáli, aby se oni chovali k nám, važme si sami sebe navzájem.
Berme toto jako pozitivní celosystémový dopad. Vyberme si z toho jen to pro nás přínosné, můžeme se konečně zaměřit sami na sebe, srovnat si své životy, objevit to, co nás baví.Vytvářejme si novou, pozitivní realitu, buďme vědomými tvůrci našich krásných životů. Tato situace se děje z určitého důvodu. Snažme se dozvědět, proč nás dostala tam, kde jsme teď, jak ji využít na maximum, a najednou uvidíte ty souvislosti. Váš život se začne měnit. Uvidíte, jak si budete vytvářet novou realitu, jak se bavit či živit tím, co opravdu milujete.
Vše je o nás, jaký k tomu zaujmeme postoj. Nikdo to za Vás přeci neudělá, my toho musíme využít, my musíme vidět ten smysl toho, jakým způsobem na tom budeme pracovat. To, že si budeme neustále stěžovat a hrát na oběť, tak tím ničemu a nikomu nepomůžeme. Minimálně sobě, ale i našemu okolí to ve své podstatně velmi ublíží. Chraňme sebe i to své okolí, nepanikařme, zbytečně se této nákaze nevystavujme, dodržujte opatření a svá omezení vnímejte jen jako pozitivní ke svému růstu.
